Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your purchase we have a FULL REFUND policy (excluding postage and handling) for any manufacturing issues.

If you are unhappy with your product in any other way you may return it for a REFUND of the garment price (excluding postage and handling) provided the garment has not been worn and we are notified of its return to us  within 7 days of receipt and we receive it back no more than 21 days later.

If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake, it can be exchanged but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

You will be charged a 20% service charge for any returned or exchanged items.

There are specific guidelines for returns which will be sent via email when we receive the return request. If these guidelines are not followed, we will not accept delivery.

Purchasing an item is acceptance and agreement with our ‘Terms and Conditions’ of sale and use of this website of which the above forms part. Full details are shown via the link.
